Alternative to dilution?

I keep hearing from DOF that there is no alternative but dilution ? But let us know if I am stretching too far her ! but what if DOF subsea was put on the NYSE, surely it could easily raise 4-5 billion with no problem ??  I could be way of base here ! so please let us know and also if anyone has any alternative idea's to dilution I would like to hear them !
